I'm Flavio Vidigal.

Creative Director with over 20 years of experience and a global footprint living and working across North America, Asia, and LATAM, I've been helping brands find their voice through creativity, creating integrated campaigns and through-the-line brand programs at agencies like BBDO, JWT, RMG, G2/Grey Group, Firstborn Dentsu, and HUGE NY.

Before moving to New York City, I spent two years in Beijing as creative director at BBDO/Proximity, part of the team leading the creative efforts for Volkswagen's "The People's Car Project" campaign—heralded as one of Asia's largest integrated advertising campaigns. The work earned the agency local and international recognition collecting over 60 international awards in two years from Cannes Lions, London International Awards, NY Festivals, Clios and One Show.

In New York, as Group Creative Director, I helped HUGE develop its marketing and advertising efforts working with clients like Google, Hublot, Hulu and Comcast. Before that, I spent three years at Firstborn Dentsu overseeing creative across clients such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Time Warner Cable, and ANA Airlines while working on new business initiatives.

In Latin America, I was Digital Creative Director at G2 / Grey Group, serving as a key member of Brazil's creative leadership. I was also part of the leadership team at IPG's São Paulo-based creative shop CUBOCC and spent two years as Associate Creative Director at RMG Connect and JWT.

Today, I'm fighting the good fight at Rise New York & Partners. Under my leadership, Rise grew from 3 to 20 people with 2 offices, tripling its revenue in only four years, winning the 2022 Ad Age Small Agency Awards Campaign Of The Year.

The independent agency was also shortlisted at Cannes in its first year participating and was nominated in 5 categories, winning 2 trophies at The Drum Awards 2022, while being highly commended for the campaign of the year.

Throughout my career, I also worked with brands like Google, Meta, Microsoft, Snickers, Twix, M&Ms, HSBC, Kraft Foods, AXE/Lynx, Rexona/Degree, Doritos, Coca-Cola Company, Nike, New Balance, Ford, Lincoln, Renault, Nissan, Audi, and Volkswagen.
